Terms of Service

Last updated 11 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Docket ("the app"), published by Kultivar SA Pty Ltd (CIPC registration 2026/429365/07). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

Use of the app

Docket helps you create quotes, invoices and PDF documents for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter — including prices, totals, tax treatment and banking details — and for the documents you send to your clients.

Your data and backups

Docket stores your data on your device only. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. We cannot recover data lost through device loss, damage, reset, or uninstalling the app.

Tax and financial information

Docket provides tools such as VAT calculation and a material buffer for convenience. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for compliance with SARS and any other applicable obligations. Verify all calculations before relying on them.

Free and paid plans

Docket offers a free tier with a limit on the number of documents you can send in a rolling period. Paid plans may be offered in future through the Google Play billing system; any such purchase will be subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features of the app. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Kultivar SA Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost business, lost data, or errors in documents you produce and send.
