Privacy Policy

Docket ("the app") is published by Kultivar SA Pty Ltd (CIPC registration 2026/429365/07), a South African company. This policy explains what the app does — and does not do — with your information.

The short version

Docket is offline-first. Your business profile, clients, quotes, invoices, logo and generated PDFs are stored only on your device. We do not run servers that hold your data, we do not require an account, and we do not sell or share your information.

Information stored on your device

You enter and the app stores locally:

• Your business details (name, contact, logo, banking details for invoices)
• Client contact details you add
• Quotes, invoices and their line items
• PDF documents the app generates

This data never leaves your phone unless you choose to share a PDF — for example via WhatsApp or email — using your phone's own share sheet. At that point the document is handled by the app you select, under that app's own privacy policy, not ours.

Information we do not collect

• No account, sign-up, email or password is required.
• No analytics or advertising trackers.
• No location data.
• We do not transmit your documents or clients to us or any third party.

Permissions the app may request

• Photos / storage — only when you choose to add a business logo, to read the image you pick.
• Sharing — to hand a generated PDF to another app via the system share sheet, at your request.

Children

Docket is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Docket adds optional features that process data differently (for example crash diagnostics or paid subscriptions), we will update this policy and the "last updated" date above before that feature ships.
